How do I care for my terrarium?

Care instructions are included in every kit, covering watering, light requirements, and maintenance to keep your succulent healthy

Is the kit suitable for beginners?

Yes, the kits come with tools and step-by-step instructions, making them perfect for beginners interested in terrarium making

What is included in a Plantventure terrarium kit?

Each kit includes a 4.9” glass bowl, a succulent similar to the picture, decorations, reindeer moss, gravel, soil, charcoal, a terrarium tool kit, plant care instructions, and a sample of essential oil (varies by kit type)

What happens if I overwater my terrarium?

Overwatering can cause root rot or mold. If your plant shows signs of overwatering like the lower leaves turning transparent and falling off, remove the plant and let the soil and roots dry out before replanting. Next, we recommend reducing the watering frequency.

What if one of my participants is allergic to smells?

Fortunately, essential oils are 100% pure and there’s no need to be concerned about scent sensitivities. Also, putting the essential oil in your terrarium is optional if you prefer not to use it.

What is the difference between the Terrarium workshop and the Wellbeing workshop?

The Terrarium workshop focuses on the activity of building a terrarium to relax and rejuvenate participants.

The Wellbeing workshop combines terrarium building and an aromatherapy workshop, designed to educate and improve participants’ wellbeing through the use of essential oils.

What is included in the Wellbeing Workshop Aromatherapy Session?

You will receive a dropper sample, rollerball sample and spray bottle to explore different ways to use essential oils in supporting your everyday wellbeing.

How does the workshop support team wellbeing?

By engaging in a hands-on, nature-based activity combined with soothing scents and music, the workshop helps reduce stress, foster creativity, and strengthen team connections in a fun and relaxing environment.

What should participants prepare before the workshop?

Participants should have a clean workspace and be ready to follow step-by-step instructions. It’s helpful to have a small towel or paper towel nearby for any soil spills.

Can the workshop be adapted for different group sizes and time frames?

Absolutely! Workshops are flexible and can be tailored to groups from 8 to 300 participants and adjusted to fit your schedule and event goals.

How far in advance should I order for large groups?

Orders over 40 kits should be placed at least 4 weeks before the event to allow for fulfillment and shipping

Do you ship to individual locations?

Yes we do!

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes we do!

Do you ship tp the US?

We do, however we are unable to ship plant matter across the border, so a plant will have to be sourced locally.

How much notice do you need for my order?

For any orders over 20 kits, we request a minimum of 4 weeks notice to allow for kit assembly and shipping
